How to improve a hair saloon business?

I have a hair saloon business, my hair stylist has very good technique & skills. Our customers also praise for our technique. But after they come for 2 or 3 times, they become seldom come to our hair saloon. Customers use to go for different saloon.Why? Don't understand and what to help?

You don't say where you live now, but it would be best to do research before you accept the job, their culture and lifestyle may not be what you are accustomed to. You can always accept and try it out for a few months, see how you fare, you can always find another job if this one does not work out but again, it all depends on where you live now in proximity to Syria, if it's halfway around the world from you, then you need to be very careful, if it isn't very far, the give it a try.

How did you feel when you found out Hugh Laurie (TV's HOUSE) has an English accent?

In blackjack using the hi-low counting system, why does the illustrious 18 say to stand 16 v 10 on a 0 count?

Obviously surrendering is not an option. I would think basic strategy would be based on the uption of a 0 count. So why does this index suggest to alter play on a 0 count. Same thing applies to a 12 v 4 when the I18 suggests to hit on a 0 count.

How can i ollie higher on a fingerboard?

I try rolling back and popping right away but it doesn't help me too much. I want to ollie high and control my fingerboard at the same time. Any suggestions?
