What's the best college to go to if you want to get into Sketch Comedy? (SNL style)?

I really want to go to a college that has a solid program in Improv/ Sketch comedy, because when I get older I would like to be a member of a performing troupe, similiar to the 2nd City, and hopefully one day a member of Saturday Night Live. What are the best colleges to look into for this profession?
