How can a teenager lose 15-30 lbs quick, easy and healthily?

Try a workout video, like p90x, or go running/walking/biking/swimming, or all five! :D As for eating, try to eat high protien cereal for breakfast, fruit for lunch, and veggies/lean meat for dinner. You'll get there! :) Good luck! :D
