Can I get this Underage Drinking Violation thrown out?

A couple months ago me and my friend got pulled over while drunk for improper use of turn signal. My friend who was the driver was arrested and got a DUI. I was arrested for underage drinking. My case has already been resolved for about 2 months because I plead guilty. My friend on the other hand challenged the stop and just got it thrown out today. My question is can I reappear in court and have my ticket thrown out too because he had no reason to be pulled over. I live in IL and they are suspending my license next month. Tell me if I forgot anything crucial.
