Estimated Time For Japan to be fixed and back to normal?

Realistically speaking, no one can say. These nuclear reactors are not cooling down. There will be a mive explosion from one plant after another. The radiation from these plants will cause further more devastation. The government has no clue as to when these reactors will stabilize, there is a lot of damage inside these plants. People are dead...it's time to get all the help possible from what ever countries specialists. Only time can tell. After this is under control, rebuilding and stabilizing will come at a good and steady pace. They will recover faster. There is no news of looting or raise in crime. This should be a lesson to the world. In a time of catastrophe, the last thing a survivor should worry about is someone hurting them for whatever reason. These people have proven in the past that helping each other is the quickest way to move on and recover. It makes a world of difference when you live in a country where your government actually, genuinely cares for it's people.
