Got My BFP TWICE! :) Very Happy! Any advice For An Expecting Mommy To Be?

TTC For 7 months and the one month we stopped, we got pregnant! I'm excited! Having horrible morning sickness and heartburn, but I'm loving every second of it! I haven't shared this news with anyone but my Fiancee' so I had to tell someone! And ask if anyone had any advice, at ALL to share! :)
