Honda prelude alarm problems?

i have a stock alarm on my 2001 honda prelude and this morning the alarm goes of when i try to turn on the car,,, this happend to me before were i actually had locked the car and tried starting the car and the car would not turn onnn... but like 5 mins later i did but now i wont turn on i waited like 30 mins and does the same thing
