Is 2 months too late for births announcments ?

my baby was born nov 8 so he is a little over 2 months old and I havnt been able to get his announcments done yet bec i didnt want to take him out when it was too cold i finally got to get the pics done around x mas time then we went on vacation now he is already 2 months and i feel horrible i havnt sent them out yet. I am thinking so but is it too late to send them out?
