My baby is sick on Christmas plz help dr office is closed! so worried!?

Sorry this is so long! my son is just over 2 1/2 months old, I noticed two days ago that when he was breathing through his nose it sounded a bit congested, it was even noticeable in his voice when he coo-d. He did not seem too bothered by it or un comfortable so i thought it was a stuffy nose. yesterday it got worse. when he would breath out of his nose it sounded like there was so much ickies that it was making it harder for him to breath and sometimes it would startle him and he would cough. he started getting fussier too and was felling warm. his eyes started looking glossy and all he wants to do is sleep. i got so worried so i took his temp (rec) and it was 99.2 which is a little higher than normal (usually between 97 and 98). I had some Tylenol and gave him a little. his fever did not really go away. He really started to get uncomfortable last night when he was trying to sleep. he sounded so congested in his chest, he would wake up gasping and startled when trying to breath out of his nose and it would get blocked by all the boogies in there. i ended up staying up all last night (Christmas eve) holding him in a more upright position. it seemed to help him get some sleep. i have been using the nasal aspirator a few times a day, some stuff comes out but seems to do very little to help. his fever broke for a little bit today, he was sweaty and kinda had an odd odor to him. but now his fever is back. I work so hard to keep him healthy, bundling him up good when going out in the cold, and he is the only one at his baby sitters so he is not exposed to other children and the colds/sicknesses they may have. please help idk what to do for him. he just seems so sick. i am a first time mom and new to all of this.
