Who wants to go out with me!?

Being shy is routed to a low level of social anxiety. By pushing yourself to introduce yourself to others you can eventually come out of being shy and be more outgoing. Even if you don't know someone you can strike up conversations by using compliments or say something along the lines of "I noticed that you are doing _____ I personally love ______ how do you feel about ____ part of _____" - I think you get the picture. Sometimes by laying off caffeine and salt it can also lower your anxiety and might make you less nervous with these encounters.
