Fantasy Baseball Trade?

It's essentially Lester and Votto for Martin, Saito is worthless (though I love what he'll do for the Sox bullpen, but that's another story...fantasy is different). I think Navaro is fine as catcher... If you have 3 other good SPs (let's define that as a Nolasco-esque player and up) do it. It really depends on your amount of pitching.
